Seit Jahren arbeiten wir eng mit ULTRADENT zusammen, einem Vorreiter in der Dentalmedizin. Gemeinsam haben wir den Dental-Arbeitsplatz neu gedacht und modernisiert, um ihn perfekt in den Praxisalltag zu integrieren.
Bei jedem Projekt stehen für uns Funktionalität, Ergonomie und ein stimmiges Design im Vordergrund, sowie die Umsetzbarkeit des Entwurfs für die Serie. Dank unserer Expertise in Produktdesign, Vorkonstruktion und detaillierter Konstruktion konnten wir zahlreiche Projekte am Stuhl erfolgreich realisieren.
Die Kooperation mit ULTRADENT zeigt eindrucksvoll, wie wir technisches Know-how und Designgespür verbinden. Das Ergebnis: Lösungen, die nicht nur ästhetisch überzeugen, sondern auch hochfunktional und ergonomisch sind.

Instrument holder
With our newly developed holder system for dental instrument holders, hygiene becomes easier than ever: all holders can be released simultaneously with a single movement – enabling fast removal and effortless cleaning in seconds.
Reassembly is just as quick: the instrument holders can be reinserted in moments – completely without tools.
The modular design provides maximum flexibility: instrument holders can be swapped or replaced with one another and individually adapted to different practice requirements.
For greater efficiency, the highest hygiene standards and a smooth workflow – exactly what everyday dental practice requires.
Tray
As part of our design revision, we completely rethought the tray and its handle concept – with the goal of perfectly combining ergonomic handling and maximum hygiene.
The result: two separately positioned handles that can be removed in seconds thanks to an intelligent locking system – making cleaning and autoclave sterilization exceptionally easy.
Best of all, the handles are universally compatible and can also be used on other ULTRADENT devices – modular, flexible and carefully considered down to the last detail.
Foot control
With a clear focus on design, usability and hygiene, we developed a foot pedal that is not only intuitive to operate but also meets the high hygiene requirements of dentistry.
The well-considered housing features a low-seam design, minimal transitions and rounded contours to make cleaning quick and easy – ideal for daily use in sensitive clinical environments.
Ergonomically shaped, optimized for hygiene and intuitive to use: this foot pedal combines comfort, control and maximum ease of cleaning.
Covers
Over the course of several development projects, ID DESIGN was also responsible for designing various covers for chairs, chassis and other components.
Our housing concepts stand out through clean, functional design in which maintenance cycles are considered from an early stage: we developed a well-thought-out fastening and removal system that enables fast, almost tool-free maintenance.
In close cooperation with manufacturers and taking the technical requirements of thermoforming into account, we developed solutions that are convincing both visually and functionally.
The result: covers that enhance products, protect the technology and provide real added value during servicing while saving time and costs.
Water unit
Cleanliness and hygiene are top priorities in dentistry. Water and rinsing units play a crucial role in maintaining these standards. They must be reliable and easy to use while providing a high level of user comfort.
For the water unit, we created a convincing design – modern, clean and perfectly coordinated with the appearance of contemporary dental practices. The result is a unit that integrates harmoniously into the overall environment of a modern practice while offering excellent usability.
