When designing theTURO Fire Bowl we drew inspiration from Japanese origami, honeycomb structures and a modern 'stealth' aesthetic. The final product is geometrically highly sophisticated and uniquely transfers folding techniques from paper to a steel fire bowl. Only through the parametric CAD engineering developed specifically by us was it possible to manufacture this three-dimensional sculpture.
