MATERIALICA Design Award 2003
Not such an easy task for the jury of MATERIALICA
Design Award: Out of 152 entries, three categories
in product, idea and material, 44 participants
had been decorarted by prizes.
Of 105 entries in product design just 27 participants
had been decorarted by prizes.
ID DESIGN AGENTUR designed a brand new
rheometer for Thermo Haake company.
An appliance for quality control in the field of testing
substances (cosmetics, paints, food, ...) was shaped
by an mineral molded instead of a metal casted case.
Without any further treatment the additional use of
glass surfaces is beside optimation of material and
low cost manufacturing.
An important fact in aesthetical product appearence
