The 3D realization of our design-concepts is done in styrofoam.

With our 3D-CAD data we are able to produce parts in Stereo-
lithography (STL), Lasersinter-process (SLS) or LOM-process
within short time-periods.
For batch-production up to 20 pieces, we use vacuum-casting. Those
PU-casts can be coloured and do have the desired surface-structure.
Series up to 5000 pieces can be produced in the original material with
Rapid Tools.
The tooling can be produced within 2 or 3 weeks.
